Our products undergo a meticulous production process tailored to each order, taking up to 15 working days. Your order will be dispatched within 15 working days.
How long does shipping take from dispatch date?
Our standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 15-18 business days for international orders, depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We accept only prepaid orders. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards or PayPal through our secure online system. Regrettably, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
What is your policy for damages during transit?
We take great care in packaging your order! However, to ensure a smooth exchange process, please provide a full unboxing video clearly showing any damage that occurred during shipping. Without this video, we cannot process exchanges or refunds.
